What is Green Money Transfer?
Green Money Transfer is a person to person mobile money transfer facility. This initiative has been taken looking at the non-banking sector of the population and offer the easiest way of money transfer through Corporation Bank Tata PCO.
How do I register for Green?
Kindly send an email to contact@paymate.co.in with your name, contact number and area of business. We will get back to you shortly. Tata PCO can also contact their distributor directly for assistance.
What are the charges for becoming an agent?
To become an agent, you need to open a Savings account with Corporation Bank with a minimum balance of Rs. 500.
Where are Green services offered?
Green services are offered to all Corporation Bank account holders. Kindly approach your nearest Corporation Bank branch.
Do I need to have an account with Corporation Bank?
Yes you need to open a Savings account with Corporation Bank with a minimum balance of Rs. 500.
Will I get a confirmation once my bank account is opened?
Yes. Corporation Bank will send you an SMS with a 4-digit Mobile Banking PIN number (M-PIN) once your bank account is opened. You will also receive other account opening documents from the bank.
What is the process of activating my M-PIN?
In order to activate your M-PIN; please send an SMS: Activate and send it to 56767 or 09986667045.

How do I initiate a transaction as a sending PCO?
In order to initiate the transaction; please send SMS: SEND to 5667711. E.G. SEND 9820098200 1000. Then, you will receive an automatic IVR call on your mobile. Kindly enter your M-PIN to authenticate the transaction.
How do I initiate a transaction as a recipient PCO?
In order to initiate the transaction; please send SMS: AUTH to 5667711. E.G. AUTH 123ABC on 5667711
How long does it take to complete a transaction?
For an end-to-end transaction to complete, it may take as little as 5 minutes or as long as 7 days. This is so, as the recipient can collect the amount within 7 days of the transaction initiated by the sender.
How do I know if my bank account is credited with the sender’s money?
On completion of your transaction, you will receive a transaction ID. This ID confirms that your account is credited with the sender’s money.
What if I do not receive the commission amount from the sender?
Before initiating the transaction, you are requested to collect commission amount from the sender. (Commission amount – 5% excluding 10.30% service tax)
Do I have to collect any documents from the sender?
Before initiating the transaction, please collect the Sender Form duly filled up by the sender and give the receipt. No other documents are required from the sender.
Do I have to collect any documents from the recipient before handing over cash?
Yes. Before handing over cash, please collect the Receipt Form duly filled up from the recipient along with any of the below mentioned government approved photo-identification documents.

What if I do not get the commission?
Sending PCO is collecting the same from the customer, receiving PCO gets the confirmation to give cash only after his bank account is credited with the base amount and commission. For any disputes arising on these, we request you to contact the bank directly.
