What can it be used for?
Whether you sell flight/ rail/ bus tickets, hotel rooms, holiday packages or anything else, you can collect credit card payments from your customer within seconds

How does it work?
Once registered as an agent, you will be provided login access to a secure web-page: To charge a customer, simply enter his/ her 10-digit mobile number and amount to be charged on the screen to generate an order ID
Once the order ID is generate, you simply call our designated IVR number and punch in the order ID and then conference the customer with the system.
The IVR will read out the options for customer to choose, either MasterCard or Visa, and enter their credit card details on the phone’s keypad (Secure DTMF input like TPIN in Phone-banking). Meanwhile the status on your screen will change to “Payment Pending” Once the customer has entered the details, the transaction will be processed within a few seconds and the customer will hear a confirmation message on the IVR call as well as get an SMS confirmation. The status on your screen will change immediately to “Successful” and you can proceed with the booking accordingly

Additionally, you will also have access to data such as transaction history and other reports on the same webpage once you have logged in

How much does it cost?
One time signup Fee: to Rs 7500/- + taxes

AMC: Rs.5000/- + taxes An Annual Maintenance Charge will be made once a year

Credit Card Transaction Fee: 2.5% + taxes
The credit card payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the transaction amount at the time of settlement. Agents who wish to charge this fee to customers must include it in the total amount entered on PayMate’s screen when initiating a transaction.
